Fees and timing
- Embassy / government fee: ৳3,000 paid to the authority, not to us

What you will need
- Passport valid 6 months beyond travel
- Medical reports and the referring doctor's letter
- Appointment or invitation letter from the treating hospital
- Bank statement for the last 6 months
- Attendant's passport and relationship proof
- Photographs, 2 copies each
Common questions
Can an attendant travel with the patient?
Yes -- the medical attendant visa covers up to two attendants, applied for alongside the patient's own application and tied to it.
Do you take a commission from the hospital?
No. Our fee is the figure above and it is the whole of what we earn on the arrangement. The hospital bills you directly for treatment.
