How long does a refund really take?
Between one and four weeks for most carriers, and longer for a few. We file it and then chase it -- the chasing is most of what this service is, because a filed refund that nobody follows up can sit for months.
Is the refund guaranteed?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. What is refundable depends on the fare rules of the ticket you hold. We read them and tell you what to expect before you pay us to file.
